My birth doula packages include essential support for navigating pregnancy, labour, and early postpartum with more ease and clarity. From thoughtful preparation to continuous birth support and early postpartum care, you're held every step of the way.

Bringing a baby into the world is big, beautiful, and sometimes a lot to navigate — you don't have to do it alone.

As a Certified Full-Spectrum Birth Doula and Advanced VBAC-Certified Doula, I bring steady, experienced support to every family I work with. Whether you're preparing for a hospital birth at Kootenay Lake Hospital, planning a home birth, or navigating a VBAC, I'm here to help you feel confident, informed, and deeply supported.

With continuous care from pregnancy through labour and into your early postpartum hours, I walk alongside you through the planning, the intensity, the unknowns, and the "we actually did it" moments.

- Individualized Childbirth Education + Birth Planning — Two 90-minute in-person or sessions covering birth preferences, comfort measures, partner support, and a tailored resource pack
- Birth Pool Rental — Labouring and birthing in water can ease intensity, support movement, and create a calm, private space during your birth
- TENS Machine Rental — A drug-free pain management tool that many families find helpful in early and active labour
- Birth Ball + Peanut Ball Rental — great for positioning, pelvic opening, and comfort during pregnancy and labour

My In-Person Birth Support Packages start at $1,200 and grow based on your unique needs. Payment plans are available — just ask 🤍

Many Canadian insurance plans and benefits providers offer partial or full coverage for doula services, often through Health Spending Accounts (HSAs), Wellness Accounts, or select extended health benefits. Coverage may be available through providers such as Sun Life Financial, Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, Pacific Blue Cross, TD Insurance, and Carrot Fertility, among others.

Because coverage varies by plan, I recommend checking directly with your plan administrator or benefits provider to confirm what doula support may be eligible for reimbursement.

I’m also an approved providers under BC’s Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program, meaning my Birth Support services may be eligible at low-cost or no-cost. Please contact me for more information.
